Policy and Strategy Consultant (Associate)
Consulting Geoff Anson has extensive experience in multi-disciplinary planning, metropolitan planning and spatial planning having led the development of the widely referenced Melbourne 2030 Strategy (previous Director, Integrated Planning, Department of Infrastructure, Victoria). Geoff has led integrated strategic land use, transport and regional planning activities in the Department of Infrastructure. Geoff’s role in DOI involved strategy and policy development involved transport, regional development, urban development, community development and environmental protection (1995-2003).
More recently his company has been engaged in the development of the Sydney Metropolitan Strategy including industrial land policy analysis, transport and accessibility planning in Sydney (2005) and Sustainable Sydney 2030 (2008). Geoff’s company often works in partnership with infraPlan on national projects. Geoff Anson was one of the lead consultants for the ‘Adelaide Futures Project’.
Jo Moreau
Traffic and Transport Planning
Jo has over 15 years experience providing traffic engineering, transport planning and road safety expertise and technical advice to a range of both public and private sectors in Australia and the UK. Jo is an accredited road safety auditor and a committee member of the AITPM SA Branch.
Her skills include project management, investigation, planning, consultation and design of traffic management, road safety improvement, bus priority, cycle, pedestrian, parking and school safety zone schemes. Jo has managed and been involved in projects including strategic transport and traffic plans, road planning and design, local area traffic management, bicycle and pedestrian plans, traffic impact assessments, traffic signal analysis and asset management.and both urban and rural road safety audits and Black Spot improvements. Jo collaborates on a range of projects with InfraPlan, whilst focussing on transport planning, traffic engineering and road safety, she can provide a diverse range of skills and experience to achieve successful project outcomes.
Trevor Reid
B-Tech Civil Engineer
Trevor Reid is a Transport Planning Analyst who has had over 30 years experience in the field, primarily within the transport planning agencies of the South Australian Government. He has had extensive experience in road network planning and transport strategy development and in the scoping and formulating of projects for implementation. Trevor is proficient in benefit cost evaluation, multi-criteria assessment and in the use of travel demand models. As a recent contractor for InfraPlan, Trevor has assisted in the preparation of a funding submission to Infrastructure Australia for the proposed Bald Hills Road Interchange and in undertaking a traffic study for the City of Onkaparinga on Piggott Range Road. Trevor’s work is backed by excellent research and analytical skills, sound understanding of traffic engineering principles and a well regarded report writing capability. Trevor lives in Adelaide with his wife Sandra. He is a keen cyclist and an active member of BicycleSA.
