Preparing a vision to steer us into a chosen future or building models to predict alternative futures is not an easy task. But preparing for a range of plausible futures is a way of building more robust strategies and solutions. We create a “canvas” of scenarios within different future contexts about how our society, the global economy or the environment could unfold.
